These floods are insane. Thousands of houses have been evacuated and are now under water, therefore thousands of people are without homes. There are no businesses anymore therefore no food supplies. So many of my friends houses are completely washed away. My family are still alive, praise the Lord! It seems every suburb surrounding them is completely flooded and evacuated. They still have their house and they are safe. They're using all their time and energy to help everyone else. Im so proud of them.
Its breaking my heart to see these floods but i know that God is so good. My family dont know Jesus but they're praying, everyone is coming together and helping everyone. The plan was to push the flood waters from Toowoomba into the brisbane river then out into the ocean... Seems that didnt work so well... Ipswich got smashed with the water and the banks of the brisbane river broke so now brisbane is flooded too... All of this is ridiculous. The flood levels in Ipswich are at 21.5m ...
I dont even know what to say or what to do, besides that god is so good and he will work all things for good!
